ISO 14001 is an internationally recognized standard that specifies the requirements for an effective environmental management system. It enables organizations to improve environmental performance through more efficient resource use, waste reduction, enhanced stakeholder confidence, and stronger operational resilience.

ThaiBev’s production and operational sites in Thailand and overseas have implemented environmental management systems aligned with ISO 14001:2015. These systems support the systematic identification, management, monitoring, and control of environmental matters associated with operations, including air emissions, water and wastewater, waste, soil contamination, climate change mitigation and adaptation, and resource efficiency.

A total of 66 sites have obtained ISO 14001 certification, representing 89.5% of revenue, while one site has obtained Green Industry certification, representing 0.4% of revenue. The remaining 13 sites, representing 10.1% of revenue, are covered by ThaiBev’s internal operational audit framework. These sites undergo systematic, evidence-based audits conducted by the Internal Audit Team to provide management with assurance over the adequacy and effectiveness of environmental governance, risk management, and operational controls.

Collectively, external certification and ThaiBev’s internal assurance framework cover all 80 sites, representing 100% of revenue.
