Mr. Thapana Siriwattanapukdi CEO of Thai Beverage PLC. said during his speech “ThaiBev applied Sustainability into our operation practically. Internal communication is a challenge for any organization. It takes time for all staffs to be on the same page. For ThaiBev, communication is a part of learning process, which traced back to awareness, so we can amend any mistakes and develop sustainability further. It all started from the understanding in the same process. Mutual understanding between organizations might seem difficult, but we have to keep working on it continuously. We must be opened to new and creative ideas, which can create respect between staffs in the organization and provide limitless learning opportunities. Those ideas can be adapted into the organization’s culture. Sustainability Program needs to centralize, since working alone wouldn’t make a difference. ThaiBev understands about co-learning, so we learn along with the communities and environment on what’s good and bad. We find the right balance in co-existing to make changes and reflect on our social responsibility, so we can co-exist sustainably. And the organization can further develop on sustainability as well”.
